Buying a wearable without testing it in person is always a bit of a leap of faith. This page spells out exactly what happens if the Hume Band 2.0 doesn't end up being the right fit.
45 Days, No Pressure
You have 45 days starting from your delivery date to send the device back for a full refund — no reason required, and that's true even if it's already been opened and worn regularly. We set the window this long on purpose, because a wearable needs real time on your wrist before you can properly judge it.
Starting Your Return
- Message our support team through the Hume Health app or the email listed on your order confirmation, letting us know you'd like to send the order back.
- We'll email you return instructions and a shipping label within 1 business day.
- Pack the band, strap, and charging cable together — the original box isn't necessary.
- Drop your parcel off at any carrier location using the provided label.
- Once we've received and checked it over, your refund lands back on your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.
What's Included in the Refund
The full purchase price of the device. If you also bought the 10-Year Warranty and you're returning the band, that add-on comes back too, since it has no purpose without a device attached to it.
Return Shipping Fees
There aren't any. Return shipping is free for any return made inside the 45-day window on orders bought directly from humeband-official.website.
Good to Know
- This guarantee is for orders placed directly with us. If you bought through a third-party marketplace, start with their process instead — terms may differ there.
- Refunds always go back to the payment method originally used at checkout.
- After the 45-day window closes, a defective unit may still qualify for a warranty repair or replacement — see the section below.
Filing a Warranty Claim
Every Hume Band 2.0 includes a 1-year hardware warranty covering genuine manufacturing defects, like sensor malfunctions or charging problems under normal use. If you purchased the optional 10-Year Warranty, that coverage runs the full ten years from your original order date.
To file a claim, reach out to support with your order number and a quick description of what's wrong. Most hardware issues get resolved with a free replacement shipped out to you.

If the only issue is wanting a different strap size, just mention that when you contact us — we can frequently set up a direct swap instead of walking through a full return and reorder.
