The Device Itself
How would you describe the Hume Band 2.0 quickly?
It's a wrist-worn wearable built around longevity, not fitness. It reads biological age, metabolic momentum, blood pressure trends, HRV, blood oxygen, sleep stages, and skin temperature nonstop, on one charge lasting up to 14 days — no subscription needed for any of it.
Do I need to carry my phone everywhere for it to work?
Not at all. The device logs and stores everything on its own hardware. The Hume Health app (iOS and Android) is just where you view your trends, syncing automatically the next time your phone is nearby.
Is it okay to wear the band in the shower or pool?
Yes. It's IP68-rated, so it's dustproof and can handle 1 meter (about 3.2 feet) of water for up to 2 hours. Showers, swimming laps, and sweaty training sessions are all fine.
How accurate are the sensors?
The 2.0 model uses 5 LEDs and 4 photodiodes to sample more frequently than most competing wearables, with the accuracy backed by both internal lab work and independent third-party testing. Like any optical wrist sensor, wearing it snug — about a finger's width above your wrist bone — gets you the most consistent numbers.

What does it cost today?
$207 at the current promotional price, down from a regular $295. It's a one-time payment — none of the core tracking features require an ongoing plan.
Is the Hume Premium add-on worth getting?
It's entirely optional, priced at $8.99 a month, and adds AI-driven coaching plus deeper longevity breakdowns. All the core metrics — biological age, blood pressure trends, HRV, and the rest — are already included in your purchase, Premium or not.
Can I pay using HSA or FSA funds?
Yes — the Hume Band is eligible for both HSA and FSA spending, so you can put pre-tax health dollars toward it right at checkout.
Is my payment information safe at checkout?
Yes, all transactions run through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your complete card number on our own systems.
Shipping Times
How soon does an order ship?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days of purchase. Delivery generally follows within an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Is shipping actually free?
Yes — free worldwide shipping applies to every single order, with no minimum spend required.
Returns & Warranty
How long is the return window?
You get 45 days from delivery to send it back for a complete refund, no explanation required, even if it's already been opened and used. Full details live on our Refund & Returns page.
Does the Hume Band come with a warranty?
Every unit ships with a standard 1-year hardware warranty. You can also add an optional 10-year extended plan for $31 at checkout, covering hardware and sensor issues for the device's entire life.
The Companion App
Can I pull my own data out whenever I like?
Yes, at any time, right from the Hume Health app. It's your data, and exporting it is never gated behind a paywall.
